An annual support contract for your add-on runs for one year and entitles you to general support for installation, configuration and maintenance. Purchase must be made within 7 days of respective add-on purchase.

Without a support contract, customers may elect to purchase support and consultation hours on an as-needed basis. Current billable rate is $75/hour USD.
